Terms of use
1. Scope of service
The portal allows viewing of publicly published archive cases, documents, photos, videos and timelines, and allows Odo d.o.o. staff to administer and edit the archive documentation. By accessing the portal, you accept these terms of use.
2. Permitted use
You may view and use the portal's content in accordance with its intended purpose. It is prohibited to: attempt unauthorized access to protected/internal content, burden the system with automated requests beyond normal use, or misuse upload features to post content that infringes third-party rights or applicable regulations.
3. Protected and password-restricted content
Individual cases may be accessible only with a password set by portal staff. Such a password is intended solely for the persons to whom it was provided and must not be further disclosed publicly.
4. Intellectual property
Content published on the portal (documents, photos, videos and accompanying descriptions) is the property of Odo d.o.o. or is published with appropriate authorization. Downloading and further use of content beyond personal, non-commercial use is not permitted without prior written approval.
5. Accuracy of content
We strive to keep the information on the portal accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the complete accuracy, completeness or availability of the content at all times. The portal may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
6. Limitation of liability
Odo d.o.o. is not liable for any damage arising from the use or inability to use the portal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms of use from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are published is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
